Each project will be governed by its own quotation, scope, and work order.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Prices may be subject to revision based on project changes, site conditions, or material fluctuations.
Government taxes and duties are applicable as per regulations.

4. Project Execution

Timelines and deliverables will be specified in the project contract.
Delays due to weather, material shortages, or third-party dependencies will be communicated and managed accordingly.

5. Payments

Advance payments are required to initiate work.
Standard payment structure: 40?vance, 30% at mid-project, 30% on completion (unless agreed otherwise).
Delayed payments may result in project suspension or additional charges.

6. Warranty & Liability

We offer a limited warranty on workmanship and materials (as per manufacturer terms).
We are not liable for third-party delays, acts of God, or misuse of installed systems.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total project cost.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide access to the site as agreed
Ensure availability of power, water, and permissions
Share accurate project specifications and approvals in a timely manner

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, documents, and proposals created by Just Energy Incorporation remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise in writing.

9. Cancellation & Termination

Projects can be canceled with written notice.
Any work completed up to the point of cancellation is billable.
We reserve the right to terminate a project due to non-payment or unsafe working conditions.

10. Governing Law
